Mental health coaching is a form of talk- therapy that focuses on changing maladaptive behavior (s) that may be stopping you from living your best life. Maybe you're in a relationship where you're not happy, maybe you're unhappy with your job, or maybe you just need someone to talk to about an issue that may be causing you to feel sad, stressed, or anxious. Mental health coaching helps by focusing on what's going on in your life at the moment and gives you solutions for helping your current situation. Mental health coaching does not treat severe mental health conditions; however, it serves to support clients with these conditions by using similar modalities used in traditional therapy, such as cognitive behavior therapy. Venting, a form of mental health coaching, is also offered on this platform. It also provides emotional support and lends a listening ear to those who need to release frustrations about issues that may be stopping them from living a fulfilling life.

If you're looking for guidance about issues that are causing stumbling blocks in your life (relationship problems, work problems, etc.) and you're ready to take the necessary steps to change your life, schedule a Mental Health Coaching Session. Mental Health Coaching usually takes several sessions.
If you're having problems, like relationship problems or problems on the job but are not looking for guidance and just need a listening ear, schedule a Vent Session. Venting usually takes one session and can be fun and very informative as well.
If you're still not sure which session is right for you, choose the one that closest fit your needs and you and your coach will formulate a plan during your appointment.
Receive a confirmation email. If you opt for a virtual session via Zoom, you'll receive a confirmation email, followed by a link for your Zoom session.
You'll receive a call from your coach at your scheduled appointment time. If you signed up for a virtual session via Zoom, please use the link emailed to you and click on the link at your scheduled appointment time to logon to your Zoom meeting. Relax and enjoy your visit.
